Among the fields and forests, in the charming corner of the Notecka Forest in Miłków, in the Lubasz commune in Greater Poland, there is the Miłkowska Cottage - a dwelling created for families with children. The agriturismo is located less than 50 km from Piła, about 65 km from Poznań and 125 km from Gorzów Wielkopolski.
The hosts of Chata Miłkowska offer their guests accommodation in six 2-, 3- and 4-bed, unique rooms with bathrooms or in an independent house. Grandma's room is distinguished by the fact that it's the only one with a bathtub. An extra bed and a cot can be added to the Heavenly Room and the Cozy Room. Both the Horseman Room and the Green Room have a mini fridge and an electric kettle, and you can watch the horses from the bedroom windows. The Niebieski room is located in a shaded part of the house and is adjacent to the guest kitchen. The 4-person Drewutnia (independent house) has a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa, a double bedroom, a 2-person mezzanine bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace with a hammock and deckchairs. It is worth mentioning that Chata Miłkowska took care of all the facilities for toddlers, such as gateways on the stairs, mosquito nets in the windows, a high chair, bathtubs, beds, platforms or overlays for the toilets.
The price of stay in the Miłkowska Cottage includes full board - breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The hosts of Chata Miłkowska particularly care for the well-being of the youngest, so the minors will certainly not be bored here. Rabbits, ducks, horses, goats, sheep and dogs live in the agriturismo farm. Guests have the opportunity to participate in the daily feeding of animals and milking goats. Brave children can try horseback riding or go for a walk with goats. They also have the opportunity to have fun on the playground, find a treasure in the maze in the field, dance around the campfire and ride a spinning top or a wooden cart. In turn, for swimmers in the summer, a swimming pool is prepared.
A decisive asset of Chata Miłkowska's surroundings is the picturesque Notecka Forest - a forest complex whose unusual landscape is diversified by huge dikes forming a labyrinth of valleys and hills, as well as the Noteć Valley, characterized by a very large diversity and richness of plant and animal world. In the Lubasz commune there is also the Kruteckie Lake, located in the protected landscape zone "Puszcza Notecka" and the Duże Lake, which will certainly interest anglers. The most interesting local monuments include the late-Baroque sanctuary from the 18th century and the windmill-koźlak body from the first half of the nineteenth century with a rich history.
