Sycyn pod Lipą - or Zagroda na Zadupiu, which literally means in the middle of nowhere, is an agriturismo farm located in the small, rural village of Sycyn near Oborniki in lesser Poland region. It is less than 50 km from Poznań, 70 km from Piła and 120 km from Bydgoszcz.
Sycyn pod Lipą offers its guests, accommodation in three rooms with 2, 3 and 4 beds with the possibility of an extra bed.
Guests of Zagroda na Zadupiu have access to a shared kitchen.

The main attraction of Sycyn pod Lipą is the traditional baking of bread according to the old recipe, in a special wood-fired bread oven. The hosts run baking workshops - both for children from kindergartens and schools, as well as for adults. In addition, the traditional Sycyn bread made here was awarded third place in the "Culinary Specialties of Wielkopolska Agritourism" competition in 2014 organized by the Office of the Marshal of the Wielkopolska region. Agritourism guests are also provided with an area for organizing special events, a campfire, barbecue, mobile smokehouse and a field kitchen. Nearby forests abound in many species of flora and fauna, which makes them an ideal place for walks and photography, while in the fall season they become a paradise for mushroom pickers. The nearby areas are also suitable for cycling trips.
Sycyn pod Lipa is a perfect place for the youngest - apart from bread baking workshops, they have the opportunity to see how everyday life used to look like, what equipment and machines were used by contemporary people. Children can also milk a goat, feed and play with other animals: horses, cats, rabbits, chickens, geese, turkeys and dogs. In addition, the agrotourism hosts have prepared a playroom, a playground and a common room, so that minors will not be bored here.
A special advantage of Oborniki is their location at the confluence of the Warta and Wełna rivers, which are an ideal space for canoers and sailing enthusiasts. The town is a perfect place for sport lovers - there are stadiums, multi-purpose sports fields, full-size halls, an ice rink and the "Żwirki" swimming pool, as well as numerous paths ideal for walking, running, cycling or Nordic walking. Oborniki is also full of historic monuments - the most interesting include Market Square, Church Of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary erected at the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries, the church of St. Josef from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, as well as the Obelisk of Heroes of the Second World War or the old lutheran congregation. On the other hand, noteworthy natural parks include Puszcza Notecka forest, ichthyology reserve Słonawy and the "Dołęga" nature reserve.
