Dom Nad Potokiem is a quiet agriturismo farm located close to nature, surrounded by colourful meadows of the Izerski Foothills, in the Lower Silesian village of Proszowa. It is just under 20 km from Jelenia Góra and Szklarska Poręba, 12 km from Świeradów-Zdrój and about 15 km from the border with the Czech Republic.

There are also many interesting sights in the area, such as the 13th-century Czocha Castle, Chojnik Castle in Jelenia Góra and the Saint John's mine, with an underground tourist route, the Złotnicka Dam on the Kwisa River, the Czarci mill, the Isabell Gingerbread Workshop, the Roman Catholic parish ofSt. Józef the Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Świeradów-Zdrój, as well as the Museum of Kargul and Pawlak in Lubomierz or the Monk's frock Exhibition in the former Benedictine Sisters monastery.
