In the charming village of Lisewo, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in the commune of Kalinowo, by the Rajgrodzkie lake, is located the Mazur Kres villa. It lies 30 km away from Elk and Augustow, about 50 km away from Suwalki and about 120 km away from Bialystok.
Mazur Kres offers a stay at three bedrooms at the upper floor (not rented separately, only as a whole): one for 2 people and two for 4 people; they all have double beds and their own bathrooms. The ground floor of the building, on the other hand, houses a kitchen, a living room with a huge sofa and a fireplace, a toilet and a sauna with a shower. The hosts of the villa provide their guests with bedsheets and towels.
The guests of Mazur Kres can use the shared fully-equipped kitchen and dining room.
Located on the grounds of the facility is a spacious barn with a feast table and a grill, where one can have a good time outside with a bigger group of people, as well as a big lake plarform with a ladder, a boat and a big paddle boat and a private beach.
Mazur Kres also has something for its youngest guests – the local barn has a big sandbox for them, plus monkey bars on the ipper floor. On top of that, they can also use board games and DVDs.
The main asset of this Masurian facility is being located right by the Rajgrodzkie lake, which is a great place for fishing and kayaking. The village of Lisewo is also a home to a horse ranch. Among the most interesting historical landmarks of Kalinowo, on the other hand, are the Neo-Gothic evangelical church in Pisanica, the Neo-Gothic brick church in Prawdziski, as well as historical elements of the Elk narrow gauge rail – the railway station in Turow, the rail management building, the steel and reinforced concrete bridges and two overpasses between Kalinow and Mazy.
