In a Lower Silesian town of Wleń, on a side of the Kaczmarka hill in the Bóbr valley is located the OchAch Studio – an old, post-German dwelling. It is located merely 20 km from Jelenia Góra, approx. 30 km from the border with Czech Republic and 55 km from Legnica.
The guests of OchAch Studio have one floor at their disposal, which has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, a bathtub and a shower and a separate additional toilet with a washing machine.
Also located on the dwelling’s grounds is the "W cieniu słońca" guest house. The guests share the green areas, the bonfire place and the parking lot. The hosts of OchAch Studio share half of the house with their guests, which is the living room, the kitchen and the terrace.
The fenced space nearby the OchAch Studio is a perfect place to relax outside. One can start a bonfire here, have a BBQ, as well as relax in hammocks and deck chairs.
OchAch Studio is a place where the youngest ones are very welcome. Just for them, the hosts have prepared a sandbox and a swing.
The neighbourhood of the dwelling is above all beautiful landscapes of Karkonosze and Jizera Mountains, which are great to look at when hiking or cycling. The most interesting place nature-wise is the Bóbr valley Landscape Park in West Sudetes, and the river running through it is great for kayaking and pontooning. Among the especially noteworthy historical landmarks of Wleń, on the other hand, are: the oldest brick castle in Poland, which dates back as far as the 10th century, surrounded by the Castle Hill nature reserve; a charming town square with unique 1800s houses; the Pilchowice Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant – the second biggest stone dam in Poland, located on the Bóbr river; the statue of a pigeon lady, erected for the town’s 700th anniversary in 1914; the 12th century St. Nicolas’ parish church; the sanatorium founded in the late 1800s and the tourist railroad track of the Bóbr Valley at the Jelenia Góra-Lwówek Śląski section.
