Right next to the Baltic Sea, in the charming village of Modlinek, in the Ustka commune there is a Maciej's Farm - three picturesque houses and an apartment. The property is located just one kilometer from the sea and the beach, 5 km from Ustka, 20 km from Słupsk and 70 km from Koszalin.
Maciej's houses offer accommodation in four comfortable, unique buildings. The "Pod Strzechą" house has three bedrooms for 8 people, a living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms - one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and a bidet.
The 7-person house "Four seasons" contains four rooms - two bedrooms, a mezzanine room and a living room with a TV, an equipped kitchen with a washing machine and three bathrooms (two with a shower, one with a bathtub and a bidet).
In the 6-person house "Słonecznik" there are two bedrooms, a living room with a TV, a kitchen with a washing machine and one bathroom with a shower.
In turn, the "Wiosna" apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a kitchen, bathroom with shower, and TV. In addition, every room is equipped with towels, a screen, deck chairs and a beach blanket.
Maciej's houses are self-catering.
Near the houses and the apartment there is a cozy garden, full of plants, where you can relax and organize a barbecue with an equipped kitchen and a spacious table (each of them has its own individual grill) or a bonfire in a specially prepared, roofed place with a large grate. In addition, in the homestead of Maciej, there is a house where you can safely store your bikes.
In Maciej's household, children will also be taken care of. Thinking about them, the hosts have prepared a playground and a pitch.
Maciej's homes are above all a great starting point for the Baltic Sea. The road to the sea leads through a picturesque forest, right next to the so-called Model Mountain - a hill at the Słowiński Coast. The main advantage of the Modlinek village is that it is part of the "Natura 2000" area, so you can encounter many rare species of plants and various birds. Interesting places in terms of nature also include the nature reserve of Lake Modła in Ustka, which protects, among others, mute swans, black terns, mallard ducks or silver gulls. One of the most characteristic surrounding monuments is the magnificent, Gothic Teutonic Castle in Bytów from the turn of the 14th and 15th centuries. Worth visiting is also the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle in Słupsk - a property built in 1507, currently the seat of the Museum of Middle Pomerania in Słupsk; Blücher Bunkers - a former German fortification that defended the port of Ustka, as well as interesting museums, such as the Museum of the Słowińska Village (branch of the Museum of Central Pomerania) or the Albrecht museum in Słowków (Museum of Folk Culture of Pomerania).
